A complete, fighting example of the Afghan Pesh Kabz from the mid 19th century.

The hilt comprises of a 2 piece grip slab section of thick ribbed deer horn with steel bolsters and grip strap, finished with a lanyard type ring at the pommel.

The blade is of a strong armour piercing form with “T” section spine and reinforced edge.

Complete with leather over wood scabbard with a faceted steel chape.

In good condition overall with some minor age wear.
